Description

300six was engaged as the local support team for the design and development of contemporary office interiors for a global software company, collaborating closely with a local architecture studio and UK-based architectural firms responsible for international office standards. The project was divided into two phases: Office Space 03 and Office Space 04, both developed within a highly collaborative BIM environment, ensuring seamless integration of 3D and 2D workflows and adherence to strict timelines. While the design was modeled in Revit, final documentation was delivered in AutoCAD to meet the General Contractor’s execution requirements.

Scope

Our scope included design development and detailing of the full interior design package in close collaboration with the local and UK-based architects and the client’s internal teams. This was followed by the preparation of comprehensive drawings and specifications, coordinated with the General Contractor, fully managed within a collaborative Revit-based BIM workflow as well as overlooking the executed work.

Challenge

The main challenge was coordinating a highly international project involving multiple teams from different time zones and hierarchical level of decision making. Parallel design and execution phases required close alignment with the General Contractor and selected suppliers, ensuring smooth communication, timely decision-making, and design consistency across all project elements.
