Description

Kosmaj Soul is a sustainable tourism complex developed in collaboration with a company specializing in exclusive prefabricated wooden structures with unique design. Our team provided full architectural support & coordination, developing the concept and design of the complex, from individual accommodation units integrated into the natural landscape, to the visitor center, spa, and other facilities, following a holistic design approach. Our work spans from initial concept, various building forms and layout, to the ideation phase, and continues with the development of detailed documentation for building permits and construction execution.

Scope

Our scope includes the development and detailing of the full design package in close collaboration with the final client, manufacturer, other engineers, consultants and the interior designer focused on holistic architecture. This is followed by preparation of comprehensive documentation for building permits and execution, managed within a coordinated architectural workflow.

Challenge

The project faced multiple challenges: a steep, complex site, highly specific prefabricated structures, and coordination across numerous stakeholders. Navigating through project development for administrative procedures and securing building permits added further complexity, demanding careful planning, constant communication, and adaptability at every stage.
